Local SA

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2- 5 business days
Free shipping on local orders over R1500.
Exchanges will be charged R150 for shipping again.
Physical delivery address during working hours to be provided and a contact number. No P.O Box deliveries.

International:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2- 5 business days
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns on international orders.
Shipping Rates are calculated based on weight and your location. We will give you a quote.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their receiving country

Return & Exchange Policy

Please ensure that all returned products are unworn/unused and in the same condition as received, tags,accessories included.
All return courier fees are for customer account. Courier service and tracking number must be provided.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
In case of a return: Log a return within 7 days (of delivery to you) via email to klothandkin@gmail.com. Please include your banking details for a refund.
No refunds on sale items - only exchanges
We do not offer returns on any items not bought via our website.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us and we will arrange collection from you at no charge - once. Please ensure you give correct address and someone is there to handover to courier. Once we have inspected the product and validated the return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or process a refund within 7 days of the return. Please clearly state your preference.
